Desserts

Our desserts are preservative-free, additive-free, and scratch-made. We use organic fruit from Gamble Creek Farms and make seasonal desserts based on availability. We use local Florida citrus in our Key Lime Pie and Lemon Cheesecake!

How it’s made

Our Process

All the dessert production is done in the morning when the bakery is coolest.  Our key lime pie and cheesecake crusts are mixed, pre-baked, cooled, and frozen. Our pie and cheesecake fillings are made and stored in the cooler. 

Cakes are mixed, baked, cooled, and stored away. We assemble cakes in the cake room where the temperature is a bit cooler. Cookies, brownies, quick breads, muffins, icings, pie doughs, and anything else dessert-related is made.

  • All pies and cheesecakes will maintain freshness in the fridge for one week or up to a month in the freezer.

  • If frozen, let thaw for 20 minutes before serving. If not frozen, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Best served chilled. Place any leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.

    Serving size: 9-inch single pie = 10 servings

  • Bring the pie to room temperature before warming in a 300°F oven for 15-20 minutes. Best served warm.
