How it’s made

Our Process

Making pastry is a multiple-day process, starting with the ingredients. To bake something great, you need to source the best ingredients. Using some organic flour increases the nutrient content of our baked goods, making them taste better. 

We primarily make two different pastries: croissants and pie dough. They have common ingredients, but the application is what differentiates them. Both are worth trying!
