Events

There's nothing like a dessert display, or party favors for a special event. The below items can be ordered through Chiles Hospitality Events to coordinate baked goods for clients hosting a party or reception at any of their venues.

Dessert Display

  • Coconut Cake

    A fluffy cake with an even fluffier boiled icing, covered with shredded coconut.

    INGREDIENTS
    Boiled icing: sugar, water, cream of tartar, egg whites, vanilla. Cake: cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, egg white, sour cream, vanilla, coconut milk, coconut shredded.

  • Cupcakes

    Minimum order of one dozen.

    Choose the cake flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, and frosting: Vanilla and Chocolate Buttercreams, or Cream Cheese Frosting

    Vanilla: All-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, butter, egg white, vanilla extract, sour cream, milk, confectioners sugar, heavy cream.

    Chocolate: all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate, coffee, vegetable oil, buttermilk, egg, butter, confectioners sugar, milk.

    Red Velvet: all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, egg, vanilla extract, buttermilk, red food coloring, cream cheese, confectioners sugar.

    Classic Florida Key Lime Pie - for the whole family! Made with our homemade graham cracker crust and filled with our key lime batter.

How it’s made

Our Process

We start our day early in the morning, usually around 5am. Ovens are turned on, croissants that have been slowly proofing overnight are baked, cold fermented doughs are baked, sourdough breads are mixed, Gamble Creek & Pine Market items are baked off.

At 1pm, the second shift begins. This is primarily a bread shift. Focaccia, ciabatta, hemp crisp breads, and bun production begins. All doughs are mixed, proofed, shaped, and baked. Cleaning tasks that have been assigned are done while bread is proofing. After being baked, the breads are cooled, sliced, and packaged to be ready for delivery the next morning.

  • We do make wedding cakes, but we have a few recommended local vendors we partner with:

  • We can incorporate special colors for frosting or decoration on select items. Please work with your Chiles Hospitality Events sales representative.

  • Other than a preferred and insured wedding cake partner, we do not allow any other outside catering for baked goods at our events. Please refrain from bringing cookies, donuts, cupcakes, etc., as we are only liable to serve our food on Chiles Hospitality properties.
